Thanks for the email. I hope that you and Susan are doing OK and enjoyed this Mother"s Day weekend.
It would be fine with me if you use whatever statement(s) as a testimonial - I would be honored. I am also, looking
forward to your help and guidance in future development of this visa process all the way through.
By the way, if it isn't too personal or private, do you have any children? I don't remember ever discussing this.
I too, am looking forward to actually meeting with you two when everything is complete and Lora has arrived.
In the meantime, take care of yourselves and God bless and keep you always.

Hello David, how are you? I called the NVC today and they recieved the package and sent it to Manila yesterday.
They also gave me a case number MNL 20105-----. I just have some questions about the info. that I need to send to
Nelie.
1) The updated I-134, sign and date it right?
2) My bank does not write letters about account standing. Last time I sent the past 12 months worth of statements.
Should i send my previous 4 months of statements?
3) The letter from my employer, do they want an updated letter, or just a copy of the old one?
4) The I-797, you want me to send the latest notice from the dept of homeland security?
5) Do I need to send a copy of my '09 tax return, and W-2?
I have also included an updated version of the I-134, let me know if it looks ok?
Thanks, Richard

Hello Richard,
Susan will be walking Nelie through her part.
Your part is as follows.
Call the NVC at 603-334-0700 and refer to your # wac-10-035-------. Ask them if they received your package yet. Once
you have confirmed that they have it you will give them about another week and call back to see when they sent it to
Manila. Once they have sent it you will give it another week and call Manila to see if they have received it and logged
it.
The number to the Embassy in Manila is 888-877-9888. When they confirmed that they have you will be ready to
schedule her Interview.
The call to the Embassy will ask you if you have a pin. You don't so you will get one. It will cost $18.00 and then you
can call the Embassy as needed through out getting the interview set up.
Be sure to write down the pin number where you can easily find it.
You will send to her another I-134 updated with another letter from your bank and employer just like the previous one
and the original Approval notice. Be sure and make yourself a copy of it first.
Call if you have any questions and let me know when they say that they have received it, starting with the NVC.
Thank You.
David and Susan

David and Susan,
Thank you so much for your very informative email. You answered a lot of the questions for me that have been
looming in my mind...It is all the information that the other companies seem to avoid telling you but it is ALL very
important to know. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your candor because you are also informing me of things
that I would not have thought of on my own. I am trying to save some money right now to make all of these things
possible. I know that as soon as I have reached my financial goal, you will be the first people that I call. I am looking
forward to working with you very soon!
Thank you again.
Sincerely,
J M

David,

Absolutely! Please feel free to use me as a reference.
I was/am VERY happy I decided to use your service. My feeling
from my past experiences using attorneys is that they would have
charged me a LOT more and given me a LOT LESS, and may not
have even been as knowledgeable as you are about this particular
topic. My case was even more complicated than most due to my
financial situation and you went above and beyond helping me put
together my documentation. I truly appreciate what you have done
for us. Now that her visa has been granted, Kathy and I plan to
marry in Hawaii sometime in January 2012.

(Feel free to use the above as a written testimonial).
